Deleted open() for accessing domains, in order to avoid a conflict with the base package (use web() instead).
Added support for accessing the international version of Wikipedia and Twitter depending on the user’s system language or their input (currently supporting German, Spanish and French).
Changed function names from rdrr.io() to rdrr_io() and google.scholar() to google_scholar().
Deleted google_hits() function.
