tts.api: 'OpenAI'-Compatible Text-to-Speech API Client
A minimal-dependency R client for 'OpenAI'-compatible text-to-speech APIs (see <https://developers.openai.com/api/reference/resources/audio>). Supports 'OpenAI', 'ElevenLabs', local servers ('Chatterbox', 'LM Studio', 'OpenWebUI', 'AnythingLLM'), and the 'chatterbox' package for in-process synthesis. Provides a unified interface for speech synthesis, voice cloning, and voice design with backend-specific parameters.
