This package, ppgm allows the user to produce PaleoPhyloGeographic Models (PPGM). This method reconstructs the evolutionary history of climate envelopes using phylogenetic comparative methods, incorporating both neontological and paleontological data.
You can install the development version of ppgm from GitHub with:
