Corrected some bugs that led to incorrect (expected) second-stage informations for interim estimates:
integrateExpectedInformation() that led to incorrect
scaling of the calculated interim estimates.sqrt() function to the first-stage
information in getSecondStageInformation() when using
interim estimates.
