Added a NEWS.md file to track changes to the
package.
Functions were renamed to improve consistency.
Functions references were modified.
read_data() was modified so that it does not take into account columns with no entries and rows with no information of functional classification of the taxa.
More words were included to the autocorrect system from read_data().
