predict_longitudinal() now supports custom “summary
measure” functions for method (in the same spirit as
"locf"), computed directly from the raw longitudinal data
without requiring a prior fit_longitudinal() call. Such
functions must have arguments data, id,
time, value and landmark.predict_longitudinal() no longer requires
fit_longitudinal() to have been called when
method is a summary measure (e.g. "locf" or a
custom function); the check for an existing model fit is now only
applied to fit-based prediction methods (e.g. "lcmm",
"lme4"). `“locf”’ is implemented as a special case of
summary measuretimeROC from Imports as it is no
longer used.AUC in performance_metrics().summary() method for LandmarkAnalysis
class.prune() method for LandmarkAnalysis
class.plot() method.show()
method.fit_survival() when
predictions are not available.LandmarkAnalysis.
