The goal of ggmugs is to visualize multiple Genome-wide Association Study (GWAS) summary statistics

Installation

To install the ggmugs package, run:

if(!require("devtools")){
  install.packages("devtools")
  library("devtools")
}

devtools::install_github("Broccolito/ggmugs")

Example
