Read Chinese input-method dictionary files into a common 'R' data model. The 'Rust' backend supports Sogou, QQ Pinyin, and Baidu dictionary formats and preserves source metadata, code components, and weights. This is useful for building a custom Chinese word segmentation dictionary.
