Reliability and longitudinal (and non-longitudinal) repeated measures agreement analyses are now included in the generic function ccc_vc.
Z test function includes: a) a one-sided test to determine whether the ICC/CCC is greater than a reference value; b) comparison of two independent ICC/CC.
Confidence intervals are now estimated by non-parametric and parametric bootstrapping, in addition to the normal asymptotic approach included in previous versions of the package.
Functions for simulating data and calculating power and sample size by simulation are now included.
