bmco: Bayesian Analysis for Multivariate Categorical Outcomes
Provides Bayesian methods for comparing groups on multiple binary outcomes. Includes basic tests using multivariate Bernoulli distributions, subgroup analysis via generalized linear models, and multilevel models for clustered data.
