Added pkgdown website for the package.
Tidying up the internals using stats:: and
importFrom() as needed and fixing URLs that had migrated
from http to https.
Updated the DESCRIPTION file to include reference to
the manuscript describing the methods used in the package.
Removed .Random.seed object from package, as it was
no longer utilized.
