Depreciated the mrca argument in the
sim.bdh style functions. The argument was changed to
twolineages to more accurately denote what it is doing.
Updated the documentation. Using mrca will result in a
warning.
Added code examples in documentation
Updated the vignette to include more trait evolution examples
