xBalance(), you can now specify strata “foo” and
“bar” by including “+ strata(foo) + strata(bar)” in the
fmla argument, without need to give a separate
strata argument (eg
strata=list(foo=~foo, bar=~bar)).balanceplot() function to handle plotting
