write_InputTemplate() gained a new
argument nrows to control the number of rows returned in
the template.RLumShinytxtProgressBar; this change
will not break the function if used.multicore for parallel processing of
the Monte Carlo runs; with this change a new dependency to the package
parallel was added. This package should be available by
default in any modern installation of R.
