startSpecies update: speciesEnvironment
may now take the options: 'community' which estimates a
community and species-specific effects, "stack" which
estimates species-specific effects or 'shared' which
estimates community effects.assignCovariate and
nearestValue to assist with aligning covariate information
and observation data.
